Happy Birthday Clayton!!!

Happy Birthday Clayton! Yesterday was Clayton's birthday. He is now the big 2-6! For anybody that doesn't know Clayton, let me tell you a little bit about him. He is always up for anything. I have never met someone more willing to try anything and have a good attitude about it. Not only will he try anything, but he is good at everything! He has so many talents it's unbelievable! They range from snowboarding, wakeboarding, playing any sport, sewing, carving pumpkins, and decorating gingerbread houses! He also hates mayonnaise more than anyone in the whole world. I love him so much. We have only been married for 8 months but it has been a blast. I love him so much it is crazy! And I love him for loving me so unconditionally! He is such a great guy, friend, and husband. Hope you have the best birthday ever!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I know I am way late in my posting but here are a couple pictures from our trip back home. We had so much fun hanging out with all of our family. We went to see temple lights one night with Claytons family and it was so much fun! Isn't the Mesa temple beautiful?!!!

Here are a couple of pictures of our New Years Eve. We went to Lisa & Eric's house to ring in the new year. It was such a fun night of games and lots of laughs.

Sledding!

For our office Christmas party, the doctors I work for took all the staff and our husbands out to dinner and took us sledding. It was so much fun. We went up Heber to Soldier Hollow and had a blast. It was really fun to hang out with everybody outside of the office in clothes other than scrubs! Anyways, I am quite the sledder and I like the snow more and more everyday.

I got to try out my new snow jacket for the first time! It worked great, I stayed warm the whole time!

Clayton and I at the bottom of the hill

Here is Clayton getting pulled back up the hill. That was the best part about sledding! We could be lazy and get dragged back up the hill!

Gingerbread Houses

As most of you know, my family loves the holidays! Every holiday, the whole family gets together (usually at Leslee and Legrand's house) to do some kind of activity. For Christmas, we all got together and decorated gingerbread houses. It was a lot of fun and almost as intense as our pumpkin carving! Here are some pictures of our night. Here is us starting our house

Winter Wonderland!

Winter is officially here in Provo! It has been snowing so hard here the past couple of days. Clayton is a happy boy now that he can go snowboarding. I on the other hand am very excited to go to Arizona for Christmas where it will probably be 70 degrees and sunny!

Here's What We've Been Up To...

Viva Las Vegas! Here are some pictures from our family Vegas trip. My Papa was one of the original Thunderbirds of the air force and every year we get the opportunity to go to a private air show at Nellis Airforce Base. It was Clayton, Scott, and Malea's first time going it was so much fun spending the whole weekend with all of our family. I can't wait to go home for Christmas and see everyone again!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We stayed in Utah for Thanksgiving this year. Fortunately there was no snow this year! We spent the night before baking pies from my Nana's recipes. She seriously made the best pies. Lacy and I were very proud with the way our pies turned out! All 7 of them. That's right we baked 7 pies for "Pie Fest". Total we had 22 pies that night. I don't think we will ever be able to top that. Thanksgiving was so much fun and I am so grateful I was able to spend it with Clayton. We have now been married almost 7 months and I can't believe it. I am so grateful for everything he does for me and how much he loves me! He really is the best husband and I am so glad I get him for eternity!

We had the cutest table settings at Leslee's house for Thanksgiving!

Some Pics

So, my blogging has been slacking I know! I haven't been very good at taking pictures so haven't had much to post. Here is my latest project! We found this dresser at a garage sale and have re-done the whole thing! I wish I had remembered to take pictures of it before. Oh well! I love the way it has turned out! Tell me your opinions. And be honest please!

Here are some pictures of our night in Salt Lake on Saturday. We had a lot of fun walking around Gateway with our friends.

And here are some really old pictures of our Halloween. We were the Beckhams. My costume was kind of lame but Clayton really pulled off David!!
