Schnepf Farms

This month we had our Schnepf cousin party. It was a lot of fun at Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek. We rode the train, roller coasters, ate some delicious peach pie. We couldn't ask for a better day out in the sunshine!

Phuket, Thailand

We were so lucky to be able to travel to Phuket which is where all of the great beaches in Thailand are. We met up with our good friends Greg and Madeline and did nothing but swim at the pool, swim at the beach, eat, snorkel, windsurf, ride elephants, see the nearby islands, play tennis, and sight see around Phuket! We had the chance to see the Phi Phi islands which were incredible! The Pickett's timeshare we stayed at was beautiful! It had everything you could ask for. This seriously was the best get-a-way and we can't wait to go back!

On our excursion to the neighboring islands, we made these Thai offerings and set them off into the lagoon that night. It was so pretty.

Bangkok, Thailand

Here we are are Bangkok! After 18 hours on a plane we finally made it!! Bangkok is a very populated city. The shopping was amazing, I had no idea I would find so much stuff I loved. We also were able to go and visit the Grand Palace which was so beautiful. I was so amazed at the intricate details everywhere. It was a very beautiful building but was very crowded. We took tons of pictures but I thought I would only post some.

SOUTH KOREA

An-yŏng-ha-se-yo. 안녕하세요 is Hello in Korean! On our way to Thailand we were able to stop in Seoul, South Korea. We weren't there for very long but we did get to go and see the city. We ate traditional Korean food which ended up being delicious. I was definitely nervous to try new food but I was pleasantly surprised. We went to a museum by South Korea's Blue House (like our White House) and learned lots of interesting facts about Korea. Clayton was even interviewed by a local news station while we were there.

Valentines Day 2010

This year we celebrated Valentine's Day at Modern Steak in Scottsdale. I have to say it was everything I thought it would be... delicious! They had the most amazing salad I have ever eaten. It was tons of fun to celebrate with Matt and Celeste also. Then we finished our night by seeing the movie "Valentine's Day" which was good. It was such a fun weekend!

My Birthday

I have been very neglectful of our blog so I thought I would go back and post a few pictures. We celebrated my 24th birthday this year with family and it was wonderful. We ate yummy bread bowel with soup and had cake and ice cream. I love celebrating birthdays especially when you are with your loved ones!
